An anime television series adaptation was announced on September 8, 2021. It is produced by Feel and Gaina and directed by Itsuro Kawasaki, with scripts written by Keiichirō Ōchi, character designs by Hiromi Ogata and music composed by Takurō Iga. The series aired from July 7 to September 22, 2022, on Tokyo MX and other channels. The opening theme song is “Mirai no Hero Tachi e” by Shō Takeyaki, while the ending theme song is “Kaerimichi no Iro” by VTuber Shibuya HAL. Crunchyroll has licensed the series and has streamed an English dub starting on October 20, 2022.

Synopsis : 

In “The Yakuza’s Guide to Babysitting,” enter the unconventional world of childcare as seen through the eyes of an unlikely protagonist—a seasoned Yakuza member. When tough-guy Kazuma finds himself unexpectedly tasked with babysitting his boss’s adorable five-year-old daughter, he’s thrust into a whirlwind of diapers, tantrums, and bedtime stories.

Toru Kirishima is a 28-time-old Lieutenant for the Sakuragi Yakuza, known as Sakuragi’s Demon for his brutality. After letting a business convocation descend into a fight, his employer, Kazuhiko Sakuragi, decides to teach him responsibility and makes Kirishima guardian of his 7- 7-time-old sire, Yaeka. Kirishima has no experience with children, consequently, he takes his vexation out on his long-suffering inferior, Kei Sugihara. Yaeka becomes noticeably drear, indeed when visited by her aunt Kanami. upset, Kirishima searches her room and finds an engagement for parents to visit the school and realizes, that since Kanami has worked and Kazuhiko can’t be discerned in public, Yaeka has no race she can interrogate. induced by Kanami, Kirishima visits the school as her guardian, cheering her up and she starts being suitable to talk to him generally.
